We’ve licenced music to over 100 compilation albums worldwide including to labels such as Ministry of Sound, Cafe Del Mar, UMTV & Universal, Warners, Avex Japan, Sony, Gatecrasher, EMI Italy, Drizzly Germany, MCD Brazil as well as remixing and releasing material for/with labels such as Mute, Perfecto, Sony BMG, DMC & East West. Our most notable include licensing “Pina Colada” by Digby Jones to Cafe Del Mar Volume 8 and “Under The Sea” also by Digby Jones to Cafe Del Mar Volume 11. Between them they have sold over 1 million copies.
We also release most of our music digitally, through iTunes or via our own store. They include artist albums and EPs as well as compilations of various styles of music. Our Sublime Vaults albums are collections of tracks which have been used in the background of TV shows, films or commercials – tracks that would normally get a release on their own. Our Reggae & Dub album was at one point the highest selling reggae album in the iTunes US Reggae Store and many of our other releases have featured on the front pages of iTunes genre pages during the first few weeks of release.
